I am getting increasingly puzzled as to why you haven't made a formal public bid yet. He's off on Monday, and we're only 10 days or so away from the end of the window. Sanchez himself must be wondering why City are dragging their feet so much. The time for all this 'we're keeping our powder dry' talk is over.
Last minute of the last day of the window mate. That way gives Wenger/your board a perfect excuse for not reinvesting any òf the fee

We don't know what's going on. It could well be that things are progressing but both clubs are keeping their counsel. Who knows but I would have thought we would be looking at other players if we are not going to get Sanchez and this would have leaked by now.

Manchester City don't do their business in public unlike other clubs, it's called class!

One might also ask why Sanchez himself has yet to put a transfer request though nor go on the record himself on the matter. It is not like we have a lot of time left before the window shuts considering how much we need him for the season ahead.

If this happens, then dear god, the atmosphere at the Emirates will be pure poison. It won't be enjoyable. It will cause actual fights trust me.

The atmosphere among the Gunners is already pretty nasty as it is (which led to actual fights last season) and considering how they have performed in their first 2 (Sanchez-less) games, I cannot see much hope for improvement even if he does stay.

If Sanchez (and the likes of Chamberlain) goes on the other hand, then it is only going to go downhill from there (in other words forget Europa League qualification). So much so that it might make the "Wenger In" section of the fanbase finally see the sorry state their club is in at the moment.

We need a new GIF of Arsenal fans even though I love the original

I think the solution regardless of whether aguero plays or not, because i don't think our striker is the problem although he definitely isn't as clinical anymore, is to have a Midfield of Kdb, Silva and Bernardo in because once those three were in last night we started bossing the game. All players looked much much better. I think it's astounding that we still bossed the game and were down to ten men. I see last night as honestly very very impressive. If we had not got a red card the game would have been won.
It certainly is impressive to boss a game against Everton from a position of being a goal down and with ten men. I think it's too early to say those 3 are the answer to everything though. Questionable formation from the start - 3 centre backs looks a bit negative to me, especially in home games and it looked as though Sane was shoehorned into the team. Sanchez would be an obvious improvement but there's no reason we can't do better than in the first half with the players we already have, as we proved in the second.
