A few posters on Arsenal Mania reckon that those quotes from Sanchez weren't entirely negative in respect of whether he's staying with them. One reckons that the reason why he said he couldn't say where his future lies is because the Arsenal board want to announce his and Ozil's new contracts at the same time. I guess that's not totally beyond the realms of possibility but I think it's probably wishful thinking. Surely if they'd both agreed new contracts then Arsenal would want to announce that straight away - just because Sanchez is on international duty it doesn't stop anything being announced. Whereas if he had an agreement to join another club, he'd have to keep quiet until Arsenal agree to sell him.
If they force him to stay it's an even bigger risk than selling him. They could still miss out on the CL even with Alexis (like this season) so it would be huge money down the drain for them. They definitely will sell. Those comments read well for us.
I don't even think Arsenal could hold him to his contract because nobody can simply pass up £50m+.
I like where this is going.
Fair to say that DT fella from AFTV doesn't like us:
Their delusion of grandeur knows no end.
It's been beginning for weeks now.And so it begins. Arsenal fans already claiming he's coming for money. No he's joining a better team. Simple as

Yep if you put him alongside the Carrick fan they wouldn't be able to complete their "abc" between them. That hilarious, obviously educationally challenged. Poor lad

He's an absolute tit that guy. Can't wait for his reaction if we get Sanchez.
