NONE of those were at the top of the game ...you cannot compare them to Sanchez and Neymar....could any of those be as good ...YES ....were they when we bought them.....no where near.....Sanchez and Neymar are established at the top of the game.......GJ and Sane could get there......bu they aint there yet.....we have bought potential (very good potential) but Sanchez and Neymar are established.....

If we want to get those established players we need more than just putting an offer in..we will either have to over spend or offer them wages they cannot turn down.....

they weren't players at the top of their game...they are POTENTIAL world beaters I agree and ones Im very pleased to have but you cannot compare either of them to neymar or sanchez who are already at the vey top of the game.....I actually said i think we should be focussing more on finding the players like that than spending time on players we realistically have no chance of getting with the way we are doing things at the moment.

The only way we get an established player like those two is to make an offer NO ONE (club or player) can refuse.....

But, does anyone really expect us to be the first club any player wants to move toWe are and should definitely strong enough to attract the top players and if this summer signings prove to be the bingo ones, than I surely expect some galactico type attempt next year but seriously guys, we're neither the most iconic club in the universe nor we are the only club that has loads of money to pull such signings. I think you have to say fair play to them if they sell to PSG for £35m instead of City for £50m+. Selling him to a rival is a no go for their fans and they've shown some backbone over the financials for once.

not denying that......but then i question the decision to go for him in the first place....it was clear and obvious that arsenal would never want to sell to us (though lots on her said the board would decide - seems the arse board and club were a lot stronger than we anticipated)
