Pretty relaxed about this. If we get him, great. If not, we've got a fantastic squad and a chance of a nice freebie next summer.
 
If the deal doesnt happen, it's not the end of the world, the group of players already at the club should be more than good enough to win the league and some cups and not getting sanchez won't be an excuse not to. He would be a huge boost to the team but I'm also certain once the new players especially the full backs have time to gel, the current attack will look back to the fluent best it looked at times on the back-end of last season with sane and sterling ripping defences. Just need the likes of sterling, sane, de-bruyne, silva to up their goal returns from last season by at least five each which they are all more than capable of.

It's Arsenal who delayed this, we can't help the fact it took until Sunday fro Wenger to realise Sanchez really doesn't want anything to do with them anymore.

Arsenal are clearly most culpable in this, but we could've forced their hand more in conjunction with the player, knowing they were going to play hard ball and try to save face.

If Sanchez is so desperate to come here he should've done a Coutinho/Dembele.

There never was any Lemar deal. Sanchez is sold to us and Arsenal are simply scratching around to try to save face / rescue something. They probably hoped the Lemar deal would not happen at that price.
 
Not to be labelled as a flapper but we are very short in the out and out striker department, aguero and Jesus isn't enough. The Sanchez situation, in my opinion has been dragged out way too long and now unless we have a plan B will have to make do with two strikers
 
Hah a year ago who would have thought Tomas Lemar would be the (second to) last hurdle of us signing Sanchez.

Doesn't look like we'll get Sanchez

Oh well. Still very happy with the players we've brought in this summer.
