I was making the point that it isn't a 'statement' from Arsenal.

There hasn't been any statement & that bloke has since changed his mind.

As fascinating as that is spending our time guessing who said what, why and how accurate the multitude of reports are either Arsenal will sell him at a price that is agreeable to both parties or they will be stupid and we won't get him.
