I don't know to be honest but why would we sign him now when the title is more or less wrapped up. We don't need him for the rest of this year and tbh if he did sign in January it will most definatly Upset a few players in and around the squad so it makes more sense to follow through with it in the summer and get him for free that way there's no pressure on him or the club the season after.
 
One of the finest forwards in world football is very very keen to play for us and totally understands the Prem. Yes please...

And what about a more serious CL challenge , which Pep may see as a priority if only to raise our profile even more ?

If I was him I’d wait till the summer and get that nice fat 10-15million quid cheque deposited straight in to my account Lol. Don’t think he’ll come in January.

If I was City I would be hoping that within the next few weeks I get a call from his agent seeing if we can do a deal in January.

That to me shows he wants us and wants to win with us.

If I was City and saw that he only wants to come in the summer because he wants a pay day I would sack it off.

So it'll upset the players if he comes in January, but will be a boost for them if comes in the summer? How does that work?

Didn’t realise we were knocked out of the CL and FA Cup.

He rotates across the entire forward line. It makes absolute sense to sign him now and ensure that not only is the title won, but we accompany it with a couple more serious pots.

No idea if he’s coming in Jan or July but there’s now a general acceptance from Arsenal (and Wenger) there’s he’s coming to us.

I doubt that Wenger and the Arsenal Board know what day it is never mind what is happening to Sanchez.

Isn't he trying to get Wilshire to sign a new contact now ( before he gets injured again ) ?

Call me a cynic but it’s amazing how Wilshire always manages to pull a few performances together - just when his contract is up - then it’s back to the treatment table.
 
And as sure as eggs are eggs the media start reporting that alexis is disruptive and causes problems.!
Funny that after his transfer to us fell through the press couldn't report enough how dedicated and disciplined Sanchez was in training .
Expect more negative headlines about Sanchez before we sign him.
