Alexsander Kolarov

I like Kolarov: He has been a large part of our success and I wish him well for the future. I have seen him give his absolute all for the club and his passion and determination have been intrinsic in many successes. We forget too easily the role that he and other senior professionals at the club have had, some of whom have failed to command a regular place in the starting line up and have lost motivation as a result. We don't understand it, they wear the blue that we would die for but they don't do the same.

We always look for a scapegoat and Kolarov is one of the latest we have decided is terrible. He isn't, it's just probably his time to move on to be replaced by a younger, fresher, hungrier player.

Did Kolarovs incessant need to try "nutmeg" his opponent not annoy anyone else? I'd offload him for that reason alone, something my mates and myself would try down the park having a kick about

I'd unload him just for his 'persona' of being this serious tough guy that never laughs. I mean if you are terrible at football, you might as well be better at being funny on City's videos like Delph! lol

No, just a realist. No one player is at fault for our current position nor was one player solely responsible for our success. I would love us to lose Yaya yet he is probably the best player I've ever seen at City.
