Allardyce leaves job after Telegraph sting

If yer want to have a drunken pee up in a brewery just how many employees does the FArce have on its books for just such an occasion. I'm sure that if Carlsberg wanted to do piss ups in breweries, even their own breweries, they would ask our dear FA to organise it!

I'm in the minority here but I actually feel sorry for Big Sam, maybe because I have always liked his straight forward no nonsense approach but hey ho.

Don't kid yourselves that Allardyce is in the minority football is littered from top to bottom with bent corrupt bastards it's just the way the game is rich people are greedy and he's fell into a trap but what he's spoke about is hardly fixing the results of the games etc but I agree it's still wrong.

Fuck knows who's going to get the job next if they give it Southgate full time I don't think I can bring myself to watch a single game, single handedly the most boring manager I have ever seen in my life.... And we had 3 years of pellegrini so that's saying something!!

I'm amazed that nobody is questioning why Allardyce received such a big pay off.

Clearly "keep your mouth quiet" money.

I'm wondering how and why people are left feeling sorry for BFS as it ain't as if he's just been put on the dole or he's stood outside Primark selling The Big Issue or something...

The guy has earnt more money in one year whilst managing, than the average football supporter would earn in a lifetime.

Fuck him, he's acted selfishly so I'll treat him accordingly.
I'd say the same if it was anyone involved in Football, no matter what club or how much I may of liked them if they were involved with my club.

As for the truth/evidence in all of this, I can say one thing - there is no smoke without fire.

And to think, we only ever know what people want us to know.
So I'm left wondering what goes on behind the scenes which we as common men on the streets would never learn about... I wouldn't be surprised if the top level is somewhat scripted/manipulated at the boardroom level which then reflects on what happens on the pitch.
So Club owner 1 meets Club Owner 2 for a round of golf to discuss their joint business venture (which goes through other companies they both own)
And a quick comment on the lines of: I'm gonna lose a good few mil next week if we get relegated, could do with one of your fringe players and possibly 3pts?
"sure no problem, but in this venture we agree to a 60/40 deal"

No surprise he had to go but disappointed, genuinely felt as a man manager he was the right person for our squad of players.

Well it seems Sam has got himself a nice fat sum of money from the FA to compensate for the remainder of his contract.
Why would the FA offer such an amount to him ? He is obviously satisfied financially so what have the FA got to hide ?

I think he has been asked to leave because he is aware of how high the double standards are reaching within the FA, not of FIFA size of course but nevertheless substantial so he felt comfortable talking to the DT Sting team about what he assumed was common knowledge.

The way the FA is taking the moral high ground this morning stinks.
Certainly the Sky / BT money is substantial and where there is money anything can happen. Perhaps Mr Murdoch via his Sky ownership has a sniff of this and has provided ammo for the DT to act.

There again maybe all at the FA are above all these possibilities and have been gullible in choosing a man who was not up to their high moral standards. I wonder if they employ tax consultants to guide them into how they can bend taxation rules to pay as little as they can to the Inland Revenue on their high profits ?

A football association with nothing to hide and fully above board sacks him yesterday for gross misconduct.

They didn't, instead doing a deal with the man, giving him a pay off and insisting on a confidentiality agreement.

That smacks of a cover up attempt from people with lots to hide.

I see the government is now making noises about demanding a full investigation by the FA and wanting to know what is going on.

The payoff by the FA, of one million pounds, is more of a scandal than the actual 'offence' perpetrated by the fat scounderel in the first place.

They haven't got the balls to sack him, so they agree to pay him to fuck off but make sure he keeps quiet.

This is outrageous.

I hope somebody out there, with a bit of influence in the media & corridors of power, actually pushes this point. If you read the comments of average football supporters, everyone is disgusted by this payoff. These unelected fucks are taking the piss out of us, again.

The Sports minister has made noises this morning mate towards the FA and has made it clear he wants answers so we will see.
