If you mean someone big for traditional 'British' crosses, it's stats-proven that such attacks have low probability of success. Low crosses is the way to go, and you don't need big lumps in the box for that.Giroud in this window. It will give us a different option.
Griezmann or Werner. One is already at his peak, another would be a 'project', like Gabriel Jesus. Who would you choose?Timo Werner. Young enough to benefit from Pep and bags of pace, skill and goals

Quelle horreur.Giroud in this window. It will give us a different option.
Griezmann- great finisher but doesn't press enough and is anonymous for large parts of games. That's before the ridiculous fee he would command.I'm sure Bernardo was initially bought to play as 8, he's not a good winger, played as a wide playmaker in Monaco's 4222. I think you know it as well mate)
It's difficult to find anyone better than Griezmann for this system. I would take Mbappe, Dembele, Martial over him, but they're not gettable, sadly.
Interesting but can’t see that happening unless Kun leaves.
We need to buy DM, CB, LB also. All will be expensive as well.
Any other South American talents we can take a punt on?!
Yh, theres a number of names that would be great but not all of them would fit the bill here.
Got a feeling Pep will pull another wildcard out, bit like Jesus and Sane but then also a Griezmann or Dybala type.
Fekir is interesting. His pace maybe an issue with him in that F9 role, I love how he plays and drifts past people, will be good to see how he does on Sunday v PSG but i'm surprised we haven't been linked with him before, he has added a lot of goals to his game from behind the St or when he has played up top.
I think Kun will leave at the end of this season.
Entirely possible. He now holds the goal scoring record and will likely leave a Champion. It’s clear he doesn’t prefer to play the Pep way which is understandable and I wouldn’t be surprised if he chooses to leave but can also see him staying as it might be to early to go back to Argentina and going to another club in Europe means he will have to commit himself at least 3 years. I am 50/50 on this one.
Can't believe we're not in for Carroll or Crouch.
Just had a ganders at this Timo Werner fella and i can see why blues are mentioning him. It took literally 4 seconds of a highlight reel to see he is a Pep player.
Don’t know but I would get him now, reckon he will be in demand after the WC.How much would he cost?
I used to watch this lad as one of my favorites , great pace decent first touch poor position ally but that was probably down to him being so young .but not great at shooting he is getting better though,Go get Werner.
January signed would be great.
