Just been going back to listening to an old fave of mine the late Neal Casal
as there’s a new tribute album including such luminaries as Steve Earle and J Mascis just been released.
He was also the guitarist in Ryan Adams band “the Cardinals’

The song ‘St Peters Autograph’ on Jason Isbells ‘Reunions ‘ album is about him

Got all Neal Casal, always enjoy

Saw Wily Vlautin at Band on the Wall last year, great stuff and JTE (RIP) at Deaf Institute a few years back, seriously underrated artist and sorely missed, taken to soon

I missed that as I was in the states,saw JTE when he first started out in a club in Nashville stood next to his dad.
