Amir Khan fight..

Fair play to Khan he made Salita look like an amatuer, just didn't let him breathe. Very impressive.

31 fights unbeaten, I was expecting a decent fight...oh dear.

Fair play to Khan but...oh dear..again.

Kevin Mitchells fight against the Prescott was class though what a great fighter that lad is and nice to see him returning after a sever injury, showed Khan how it should of been done.

Me thinks these two might end up meeting sometime and I really can't say who would win but it would be a cracking fight.

Ref probably should have stopped it after he went to his knee second time. A pretty comprehensive demolition.

I have seen his record which suggests he isn't a dummy by any means but is that Salita any good? Not seen him fight before last night and I'm not the biggest boxing fan in the world.

I don't like fights that end too quickly. Did Khan even get hit?

I've not seen him either but he's supposed to be no mug and has been on the undercard of some great fighters.

And no I don't think Khan got hit, well the guy went down with pretty much Khans first shot and proceeded to be pummeled for the next minute or so I was hoping he would have recovered after the early shock but no.

Wasn't as fast as and has comprehensive as khans loss and knockout by Prescott but it wasn't far of it.

Warren is a tit.

Salita is talented. He was a great amateur (U.S national u19 champion, NYC Golden Gloves winner). He had a decent record against half decent opposition. He shouldn't have been number 1 contender, but he's had a ranking for a while. It's great performance by Khan. he's come on a lot under Freddie. He'll always be in exciting fights because of his style, and lack of punch resistance. Baffles me why more people don't seem to get behind him. He's no more arrogant or cocky than any other fighter i've seen.

Khan will fight the career most British fighters fight. He'll be well looked after and look good against half decent opposition. Before long he'll fight in the States and probably fight someone he can beat and look good against to get the Yanks interested and the purse for the next fight increased.Ultimately he'll take the next step up and bang.Goodnight Vienna, seen it all before.

In recent years Lennox Lewis and Joe Calzaghe have been exceptions to this, but like a few people on here,i still believe that chin is suspect and he'll drop like Christiano Ronaldo in a penalty box, first time he gets a good clout on it.

That's why he's exciting though. He has a weak chin, but he has the skills to go far. He can certainly emulate Hatton and if he goes to the States early and makes an impression he could even emulate Calzaghe. I know Calzaghe retired undefeated and Khan can't, however Calzaghe didn't really take risks until then end of his career. If Khan can get some good wins on his resume, he can use it as a spring board to superstardom. he has the right trainer and he has a style that the Americans should take to.
