Liedseplein (spelling?!) is where il be, theres a bar/restaurant called "Pancake Corner", bucket of heineken, all you can eat ribs and fit waitresses. I know the name sounds like its a little cafe, but give it a go

I like the Leidseplein. It's a great place to start the night: loads of cheap ethnic restaurants, outside seating and a good buzz. I'll be up there for a Malaysian or something the night before the game. Wouldn't even mind some of those ribs you mention.

Amsterdam is famous for its Indonesian Food. You should find a nice place and order a rice table. 10 - 12 dishes of varying heat for a group, it is delicious...

sorry, I meant Indonesian.

Had a nice little rice table on one of the little streets next to Leidseplein a month or so ago. Very nice. Once had a 50 course Indonesian banquet somewhere in Amsterdam.

No wonder you don't want to be an Ultra, you'll be too fat to dance around :)

I'm there the night before the game as well, might bump into you?

I'll be the one wearing a full replica kit, banging a drum, and singing Blue Moon through a megaphone.

You can't miss me.
