My advice would be stay at home, buy an ounce of bud an go to Sandy's Superstars. Just as enjoyable and a fraction of the price.
Otherwise try the Rokerij and their Sour Diesel or Afghan Haze. Be prepared to pay silly money for the haze. Oh and opposite Rokerij is a brilliant Thai restaurant - don't know what it's called.

If you are having a night on the piss rather than a smoke then get yourself down Banana Bar. All you can drink for an hour for about 10 Euros. Get in there and hammer it cos it's about £6 a pint in the bars. Plus you'll get your drinks poured by birds with their muffs hanging out.
