An apology to Mancini

I have been one of his biggest critics since he arrived, but this football is sensational now.

Thankyou Mancini, and sorry for not believing in you.

You will build a DYNASTY and its going to be BRILLIANT

It sure is going to be brilliant..

Least you had the bollocks to come out with the apology, lots of people on here had torn mancini a new arse....no apology from them just back under there stone.

and there will be more boring games to come, we have to take the rough with the smooth, we cant play like that every game so lets enjoy!!

You have been one of his biggest critics, but in the end it doesn't matter. Everybody understands what your frustrations were. We are blue, you are blue. We're family, let's forget the differences and celebrate what we have together, as blues. Divisions within a fanbase are pointless and stupid.

Now lets go out and twat Wigan at the Etihad. The season is ours and nobody wants or needs the "he said/she said" bullshit. Let's just all bask in the magnificence of the squad that we have. York away seems a very long time ago at present.

This^^^. It's been a long,long wait. Let's all just enjoy it :)

I never quite understand these threads... the self flaggelation and apologies for having an opinion!

It's no biggie.

If you believed something at one time, and then things change, and you now believe something different again... that's how opinions work!

No one needs to apologise for being pro or anti Mancini.

They just have to be logical in their views that's all!

Phase 1 qualify for champions league at any costs

Phase 2 destroy

This 100% :)

Top four was the main aim last year and if that meant playing defensive and going for single points then thats what we got..Many didnt like it but Mancini knew excactly what he was doing and got us the Cl spot, this style didnt fit into Dzeko's way of playing hence his lack of goals and unjustified criticism on here. The CL qualification opened the door for players such as Aguero and Nasri...so far,we know the rest..

One game at a time lads..and lasses. 3 down 35 to go.:)

my question was how much time do we need and how much money do we have to spend before we stand toe to toe with the top teams.

i now believe we have reach that point.

the attacking football we are now playing is absolutely amazing.

i think soulboy is right and i know i m guilty of joining in..not any more, we should leave it now..one thing we can all agree on is trophies around the corner, get a bigger cabinet ready

I can imagine that if Leonardo Da Vinci had shown his mates his painting of the Mona Lisa when it was 80% complete, they'd have beeen distinctly unimpressed. A bog standared portrait of a fairly plain woman. Just like millions of other such portraits.

Then he adds the finishing touches, including "the smile" and suddenly its a masterpiece.

Rather like Mancini at City.

That's a good analogy.
