My worst enemy when i can be bothered to go for a jog is the common gnat, they love me ! Mosquitos in Asia also are very happy to see me unfortunately!!!!!

Fave-dung beetle. When it's straining to push that enormous globe of filth across the desert it always brings an image to mind of Gary Neville uselessly trundling along the edge of the Theatre of Obscenes.
Worst-the honey ant. When I spread them on my toast their bloody heads are always too crunchy.
