I would let Milner go and throw Rodwell in on a loan deal. That way should he actually stay fit and get confidence back we have an English player back for the following season, and if he is shite we can sell.

Let's say we did want Barkley, Everton are going to want Rooney-esque money for him. Even with potential part-exchanges we would still have to pump a few million quid in. How's this going to work with our restrictions?

Well lets be honest, if the deal is going to go through then im guessing the club have worked their money situation out

Clearly one or two others would be leaving, Garcia, Jovetic, Negredo, who knows but selling one of them and bringing in Barkley wouldn't be a bad option
