I would put money in Tolms worst fears being realised and City not making any further significant moves this summer.

There are enough big name moves happening now without City being involved to suggest to me that we have the deals done that we were going to do.

I think what Tolmie has said is that our only remaining potential target this summer is Barkley, and that that deal can only happen if we move on two or three players. So pretty much a watching brief. I think the big thing is more that Barkley is in fact a major target for City whether it be this summer or next. With the current situation regarding English players in the squad I think that's a very good thing.
