And so it begins...

If Guidetti goes for anything near 8 million and we get 10 for Rodwell then that is cracking business by the powers that be at the club.
If our outlays come to 49mill as required then we get back 18 mill at least then it is a fantastic summer. I know Nasty,Sinclair and Richards may also go so we could have strengthened where we needed to and not actually spent that much.Really looking forward to the season now.

Would also allow a bit of room in the budget for a last minute surprise signing?

agree with both of these.

Surely nobody would pay £8m for Guidetti? The decimal point must be in the wrong place. I'd take 800k for him!

I think if we bring in 20 plus million if gives us room to manoeuvre in the jan transfer window when fat frank goes to America and incase of any serious injurys that might come our way!

When does Frank go to NY? Yaya is off to the ACON again I presume so a signing could be required

I think that once Mangala signs we will be set for the season. Any money that we have would be wise kept for the Summer when we should splash out on a Marquee signing like Reus, who will definitely be an improvement on what we have already got. Our squad is really bloody strong at the minute! Good times.
