I remember Carrol playing against our under 18s a few years back.He was a nasty piece of work then.

I should imagine that every footy contract now has sufficient inclusion of decent behaviour and not bringing the club into disrepute. The general term, gross misconduct, I think would cover this. But once a club has shelled out some millions for a player they might be loathe to lose the 'investment'. Suspect that Carroll has come from the local yobbos.
