We had him at a disabled supporters meeting last week. He still loves City but tries too hard to be impartial when commentating. Had some interesting views on other pundits

He's absolutely fine. Think he's decent, knowledgeable and has a soft spot for City.

andy-hinhcliffe defo worked his way up the ladder of being a skysports pundits in the lower leagues to getting premier league games ?? knows the game very well and does not sound like he is having kittens when a team he played for scores or wins and stays cool enough to still call the scenes ??
but andy is straight enough and calls it fair most of the time ?? and city game are so controlled by the skysports people and you have to toe the line ?? in empty seats and mega money owners and without the money and all the crap that is set in stone before any city game ?? you have to do your home work and never leave it to chance

I listen to him on the Set Piece Menu Podcast and he’s said a few times he doesn’t actually support anyone. Fond of all of his teams he played for but didn’t support City as a kid
Might just be saying that. Be unusual to not have supported any team growing up

Hinchcliffe is by far the best co-commentator on sky. He is impartial, says is how he sees it and no hyperbole from him. People moan about the likes of Carragher and Neville showing their bias, then they whinge when Hinchcliffe does not show any.
Absolute tosh. Listen to him closely. He is without doubt a SKY sycophant. He digs at City whenever he gets an opportunity. Clearly on the understanding that he keeps his salary coming home. Poor commentary, poor analysis and poor self worth too. Sold his soul for a shilling, without doubt.
