I'd imagine there's a decent loan fee on top of that. Maybe a first option on Upamecano.
Before everyone has a go at Txiki, there is no mention of what the loan fee is. That could be another E5m on top.

20 m euros does seem cheap. After his performances last year 25 would seem much fairer. Covid possibly brought the price down.
