Why are they allegedly protected from these stories coming out? If some clown has proof and wants to write about what they have and enough people give enough of a shit to read it, then what is the problem?

There are currently a number of super injuntions in place that make it impossible from any reporting of the facts to which we are all intimating.

I understand it can't be posted on here, I was getting at why are the players protected with injunctions and papers aren't allowed to print what they want as long as they can back it up. I don't get the protection they get, some footballer shags some slag behind his Mrs back who clearly couldn't give a fuck as long as she gets the wallet. I fully agree, and I was ticked off for starting a thread not too long ago offering PM's for anyone interested, a simple way of circumventing the law I thought!

The judge agrees it seems. Someone wants to be in the public eye, then publication (with proof) is 'in the public interest.'
