How does a non-elected, unaccountable man, who’s admitted sending out 1.5 billion targeted ads to 5 million people he thought ‘could be swayed’ in the referendum, (many of those ads undoubtedly talked about ‘unaccountable Brussels eurocrats’ now have a place at the very centre of government with nobody seeming to be too bothered by it?

If that’s not bad enough, it seems like his grand plan is portraying Boris, Mogg, IDS, Redwood and Leadsom as the politicians who are desperately ‘fighting the establishment’. The world has, officially, gone mad........

The summary release of the Yellowhammer documents confirm the leaks in the Sunday Times - that no deal brexit is going to be pretty shit.
In the same way that the advisory nature of the referendum and remaining in the single market were ruled out in the referendum campaign , a Brexit without a deal was also ruled out.
In the light of this a second referendum is now the only legitimate option.

So even in releasing the yellowhammer summary of 'worst case scenario' / 'base scenario' the cheating, lying evil, tory scum twats can't help but lie and attempt to fool people. They are a stain on this nation.

It seems unlikely that Farage and Johnson will become bed fellows anytime soon and i agree that may be no bad thing for just the reason you suggest perhaps.

As a centrist a Labour Lib Dem pact would not cut it at all.

Yet, Farage is very far from a ‘centrist’ by my measure

It is an imperfect world but that doesn’t mean we need to go to ground zero and get Farage in

I must admit I find it astounding that you can be labelled "far right" for simply being of the opinion we would be better off out of the EU.

Slightly left of centre is how those who know me would describe me yet since Brexit on here I have been called out for racism no less I apparently Love Trump and Tommy Robinson.

Brexit in its current form is a far right project but those who want to leave in the general public aren’t far right, in the main anyway, it’s a stupid accusation.

My Mrs voted leave and doesn’t even know who Tommy Robinson is and thinks Trump’s a dick head.

What does surprise me though and believe me I’m not accusing you of not being but you say you’re centre left but dislike Corbyn’s policies. Labour’s manifesto is the closest out of the main parties to a “centre left position”.

Just interested to hear exactly why?

I suspect not.

It seems perfectly ok to attack and insult anyone who doesnt have a left leaning political view and be committed to the great European experiment here on Bluemoon. Mind you that seems to replicate the general conduct in general across the country currently.
Always the way with the silent majority mate, can't wait for another public vote be it a general election or another referendum when our voices are heard and we can watch the meltdown and laugh our bollocks off at the bastards when they don't get the result they want AGAIN

Yellowhammer looks a disaster and still no compliance with the law regarding documents and correspondence relating to it all - not only disobeying the law but for some reason the cunts cannot seem to understand that how the more they wriggle the more fucking dodgy they look.

Tory leave supporting MPs saying we want a deal precisely because of what is in that document and yet they want to threaten the EU with no deal. It’s a bit of a confused position for something that was going to be the easiest negotiation in history!

As ever, looks like the poor are fu*ked. There’ll be a few disappointed leave voters in Burnley, Dudley and Sunderland, if this comes to pass.

Apparently hedge funds that directly or indirectly funded Johnson’s leadership campaign have £4.5 billion riding on us leaving on a no deal .

The poor were always down to be fucked - they were/are the ones duped - Burnley, Dudley and Sunderland are the types of areas that will suffer - I live downwind of Sunderland - they voted leave now its split between old and young. The old are all Dunkirk Spirit and 2 world wars ( few are old enough to have lived through either ) the young are suddenly worried because of Nissan Washington.

I do not trust Corbyn pure and simple. I do believe however he is sincere in his beliefs and a wily politician.

But for me anyone who even thinks about getting rid of our deterrent and further weakening our armed forces is a bloody danger.

I would in a heart beat vote Labour were its leader even a Blair type leader, as in the younger Blair.

With regard to Farage I would agree with you he is hardly centre, but if we are to leave the EU then it would be better to have a government fully committed to it. Part of me thinks that if we leave under a Tory or indeed Labour government it even with a deal it could turn out to be a disaster. With a party fully committed to it that may well not be the case.

After all it is quite clear the EU are fearful of the consequences of us departing as were they not they would have told us to sling our hook long since. A fully committed government would perhaps have a better time of it negotiating a good deal before or after our departure in the unlikely event that it happens.

However it goes in the coming months my suspicions are that there will be plenty of ammunition for all sides and that our politicians popularity will have done the impossible and dropped to even lower levels.
