Now we're finding that individual EU countries have their own agendas on some aspects of a potential deal and will need to come to a consensus before a deal is struck. I thought they were all under the EU jack boot and had lost their sovereignty and would do as they were told which was one of the main reasons given for us to get out. Well, if he is a shit farmer then fruit growing was definitely the wrong business. Just needs to return to what he was good at.

Anyone understand what the Truss is on about regarding building 10 post brexit freeports?
Apparently there is nothing to stop a country building them as an EU member and we used to have a few but the Tories let their licences lapse.
Basically they're for companies who import stuff , process it and then re export so no duties or paperwork. There's quite a few in the EU.
Sounds like a good idea so why were the previous ones allowed to lapse?
It is reported they can be used as tax havens and of course the name sounds sexy so maybe they're the reasons?
Meanwhile in other Brexit related news BoJo is proposing a bridge to be built between Scotland and NI, given his previous success in commissioning the London Garden Bridge.
That's not going to leave much change for the regeneration of Bolsover Jeff.

Like everything else Len its only a consultation - looking at shit - feed the lower orders a wee bit of red meat to keep them happy. Google - I think its called Beaufort or Beauford Dyke. Thats bang in the way and the reason why there will be no bridge.

Tomorrow he announces HS2 - bet its the Southern section only " for now " shortly afterwards its the budget and Javid announces austerity is back on.

It's to drop nets from to catch all the fish when they realise they've got no Brits willing to go to sea to expand our fishing fleet.
