Bollocks - Remain was Remain. Leave was riddled with lies and broken false promises that depended on there being 17.2 million versions of Leave and never ever explaining what the version was the proposers of Leave never ever explaining which version they were proposing so that Leavers could distinguish between what their aims were and what was being proposed. Even now after we have left 4 years later whether we get BRINO or no deal neither quite simply will not be what the vast majority voted for never mind the myriad of permutations in between, Thats the lie Leave has never come to terms with since day one.
The simple answer is: what we we end up with, however good, however bad, is what the 17.2 million voted for.

They need to own it. How can they not?

Even though Lurpak have, stated themselves that it'll be buisness as usual come what may in January.
Yes they did, and we still get the same invented scenarios painting a narrative
of chaos and confusion, saying the above isn't happening. Then we're hearing
the now quaint term 'Brexit Ultras,' used to describe anyone who voted to leave the EU, what, exactly, is an 'Ultra?'
Nothing has happened, yet we're certainly due a 'Shit deal,' and everyone who voted for Brexit needs to own it.
So there.
The mouth foaming and foot stamping is wondrous to behold.

No, but they also didn't say the quantity or price would change.
Nor the size of the packs, nor the packaging, nor the logo, nor the delivery drivers' names, nor how many Danish cows will be culled (or exported to sheep farms in the UK - oh sorry that was just Eustice's stupid idea).

Do you not remember this ?

Clearly these promises are not being delivered

You do realise 'vote leave' is just a campaign organisation? No mandate, no power, nothing. It carries the same legal and political authority as me putting up posters saying pigs go moo and sheep bark.

The UK is a net exporter of raw milk. Last time I looked we produced 110% of our needs.
Lurpak either absorb the tariff or lose market share.
Raw milk or liquid milk? We've certainly improved productivity and may just about be self-sufficient in milk for drinking. If we're going to replace Lurpak with British-made butter (and cheese etc.) we'd need to import more milk. Eustice seemed to think you could put dairy herds on upland sheep farms (to replace all the sheep whose meat won't be sold to the EU at 48% tariffs).

It's madness.

I’ve no idea what they’ll do. What I do know is the UK’s climate gives it comparative advantage in dairy farming.
Which is of course why Germany and France produce so much more dairy products than we do (and many other countries relative to the amount of land).

I think the only people to blame are the 17.4m that made the choice - the Govt are just trying to deliver on it insofar as they can. I'm fairly sure the conservatives can think of other easier ways to impoverish the majority of the population and enrich themselves that are politically much less palarva. I suppose we can blame Cameron for letting this particular genie out of the bottle, but this Govt is quite a way from his. Cameron thought he could repeat the 2011 triumph of getting the population to vote against perfectly reasonable electoral reform with scare tactics.
ahem. The majority of the 17.4m voted for the list they were promised. Those that authored and promised that list are still the force behind current activity.

As I said - campaign group.
It may well have been a campaign group but it was the officially designated one representing the overall Leave campaign. Members of Vote Leave included Boris Johnson, Michael Gove and Dominic Cummings so it has a little more responsibility than you with your little posters.

Can't remember as it was a few years ago. It'll be on DEFRA's site.
