What mask, she and most in Scotland have been quite clear they are against Brexit, and want to rejoin the EU. Is it news to yourself.
Lol, I think you failed to see the implication of my post.
Read again, check the recent news about Sturgeon, which has obviously not been seen by your goodself.

Apparently some Labour MPs are going to revolt and vote against the deal.

If they are then I can’t wait to see them named, the people that voted to ruin lives.
There are going to be a few Tory arseholes revolting against it, it won't
affect anything though.

After several days of worrying, the little man has arrived this morning at the door, shaken up and noticeably skinnier!

Thank the Lord and what a Christmas present.

Anyway... back to Brexit...
The Brexit deal paled into insignificance once I knew your cat was missing. Glad to hear he’s back home. Ours is currently exploring piles of wrapping paper

You refer to Farage being consigned to the rubbish dump of history.
But his legacy of turning the Conservative party into UKIP will last a generation.
Yep, i don't think History will view him with any affection.

Ha, I don’t even know who “they” are yet. How many MPs have actually declared that they will oppose it, or given their reasons for doing so? Just find it odd that this is the one Parliamentary vote that has seemingly pushed you over the edge.
Far be it from me to speak for Mr Ban-jani but I imagine his point is something like

"it's a bit rich for these politicians to spend 4.5 years promising the population world war 3, unemployment in the tens of millions, food shortages, death to millions and general plagues and pestilence in the even of no deal and then for purely grandstanding purposes, when push comes to shove, actually and deliberately VOTE FOR NO DEAL"

Or you know, I could be wrong.

Anyway, merry Christmas one and all whatever your views. Peace and love

You’ve probably said it better than me there mate.

But today isn’t the day for Brexit discussion.

Merry Christmas to everyone, peace and love to all!

God bless x

haha

Thank you my friend.

Hes just been eating and sleeping since he returned at 7:30.

The other one has been in the wrapping paper and boxes.

Have a great day mate.

I note Johnson said "British laws will be made solely by the British Parliament interpreted by British judges sitting in UK courts".
Didn't the Tories (or certainly their cheerleaders in the media) whinge like fuck every time British judges criticised the actions of the government over the past four and a half years?

Yep .... but they're gonna f@ck the judiciary over so they can get their way.

Just had a read about some of the detail of the deal. Seems we’ve given up quite a lot of individual freedoms to get an extra couple of hundred million pounds worth of fish in a few years, and has given our government the ability to provide more subsidies to industry subject to fewer constraints than before (something Tory governments are usually reluctant to do anyway).

The non-tariff barriers introduced as a consequence of leaving the customs union will eat up a lot more than the cost of EU membership, and the additional cost of our own regulatory framework puts us at a further disadvantage. The overhead of having to get our own professional accreditations individually accepted by each country will be a pain in the arse and leaving ERASMUS will be bad for a lot of young people.

The main thing though is that it removes uncertainty, and although I believe it will make us poorer compared to being members, it is infinitely better than No Deal and is welcome for that reason alone. I don’t think we could have got a better deal given our self imposed constraints.

I think there will be a long period where we start to realise what we’ve lost and successive governments will start to make individual agreements to get some of it back.

Oh that, it was seen, then we promptly forgot about it as not news. Even by those that have little time for her.
