Supposedly frustrated at not getting first team opportunities. And to be fair, not being able to get in the Barca midfield is no disgrace and I have no problem with a player who is desperate for first team football.

He is under 21, doesn't need to be part of the 25 to be able to play. No idea what he is like. Looks very good on youtube clips but then so did Jo and he turned out to be a bit of a Joey.

Re: Gai Assulin

2010-2011 season

On August 4 2010 it was published that Manchester City F.C. decided to sign Assulin [14] although no official announcement has yet been made. Assulin has attracted a number of big clubs to the possibility of signing him after he cancelled his contract with the Spanish champions, but City manager Roberto Mancini believes that the Eastlands club have come out as the frontrunners to sign the player. It is still thought this won't help them too much as they still chase a champions league spot, which they did not gain last year as they are not as good as Tottenham Hotspur.

Some joker has put this on wiki, read the last 3 lines, ha ha.

It is still thought this won't help them too much as they still chase a champions league spot, which they did not gain last year as they are not as good as Tottenham Hotspur. However, they will now take Manchester United's spot in the top 4 instead in the upcoming season, as Utd are doomed to failure due to their debt.
