If injuries aren't an issue I'd see the value in this. Foden and Mahrez are left footers, Mahrez can only play on the right. Grealish a right footer who can only play on the left.

Obviously we have Alvarez who can play either wing and up top, but he should be giving haaland a rest too I'd have to imagine.
