It stops you infecting most other vaccinated people. Are you saying my being vaccinated is not that good because it doesn't stop me from infecting the unvaccinated?Being vaccinated does not stop you infecting people - it only designed to keep you out of hospital - and the evidence really supports that it does do exactly that.
However they might be depriving a hospital bed (possible an ITU bed) from someone else who needs it - and whilst that’s true of anyone who ends up in hospital due to their own personal choices - getting something as simple as a jab isn’t asking someone to change their lifestyle so you make a fair point.
