Yep at home v Bolton, we hit the woodwork five times. Lost 1-0 to a last minute penalty. Peak ‘typical City’

He kissed his ring well when he scored.

I think he was a bit wasted really. Played as a winger/forward when he didn’t have the skill set for these roles. Not any real stand out qualities and just sorted of drifted through his spell at city.

I guess the ideal position would be the 10 just behind the forward but we rarely had the luxury or personnel to be able to effectively pull this off.

Best game I remember him having for us was against Maureen’s Chelsea at home, when we beat them 1-0, Anelka penalty, he played wide all game and was brilliant attacking and tracking back, it was a great game that against a really good Chelsea side.
