Fair play. I'd have liked him to come here but I hope it all works out for him at his temporarily new club.
 
Antonio Cassano has refused the transfer to Fiorentina. The negotiation was over, there was agreement between the clubs but the player - as reported by Sky will explain this decision in the coming hours. Also from Sampdoria is expected an official statement.

L'U.C. Sampdoria S.p.A. smentisce qualsiasi trattativa relativa ad una eventuale cessione del calciatore Antonio Cassano alla A.C.F. Fiorentina

U.c. Sampdoria denies any negotiations concerning a possible sale of the player Antonio Cassano to A.C.F. Fiorentina.
 
Cassano appears to be staying at Sampdoria.
