Any alternatives to Lescott

think i'd ditch this established premier league players only malarky and go get a solid CB from germany or italy where we wont get as ripped-off as over here.
 
Not a bad shout he can score goals as well. Is he left footed ? WOuld cost at least £10 million.

Think hes right. and really £10mil, i reckon between £5-7mil froma relegated club in financial difficulty?

By his comments in the Daily Mail he is looking to leave aswell.Calls Newcastle a 'joke club'.

Is he better then Nedum Onuoha though??

Tough one to call, I think it would show a positive step to bring in a young English player as well. Always worth a punt if we dont get ripped off,
