Having watched a few episodes of the planners on BBC i now consider myself quite an expert. The highway agency will do a recky of the surrounding areas and give their results to the planning commitee. The last episode i saw the highways guy turned down the application because there were not enough parking spaces. Ps if any ladies are reading this i once watched a programme on gynacology. I've blocked that many planning applications the council hate me, they tend to go through in the end but you can make yourself a pain in the arse, get you traffic signals put in etc. I just like being a bizzy ****, it fills my days up:)
