Kiss the badge... kiss my arse
Ive lost three and a half stone.

I seem to of hit a plateau in my weight loss, the sales have been stuck at the same weight for over a month.

Ive heard about this body weight storage theory and it seems fair enough.

Are there any dieters who would know how to get the scale moving south again, Ive got about a stone and a half to go untill i am where I want to be.

(cue shouts of lard arse and pie eater!!!! lol)

Honestly, try this (I have and am still doing it with great effect. Gone from 14.3 to currently 12.2)

Eat 5 pieces of fruit from the morning to lunch time.

Sandwiches for dinner (like four pieces of bread).

Toast for tea.

Dont knock it until you've tried it.

Would be interested in hearing how you lost the first three and a half stone mate. Just don't say it includes a 'no alcohol' rule........! : S

Fukc that, i couldnt cope with out it.

I changed from a bottle of wine a night to gin and slimline bitter lemon, better for you as is vodka and bacardi. Wine and beer sits very heavy on you.

My Mrs started going to slimming world, so I followed the same menus, in a nut shell its not, mixing too much meat with stodge so a meal of pasta is OK but not with meat, a meal with meat is OK, but not with too much mash.

I eat couscous or whatever its called for my lunch, on a green day, and packets of meat on a red day.
I haven't even had to exercise, which is a first for me!!!

And that's it, I just seem to of leveled out now and I need to get rid of more.

I'd avoid bread tbh

Eat small meals regularly, this will get your metabolism going and prevent you from snacking on rubbish (unless you're a useless greedy fat piece of shit). Plan your meals out and be prepared with healthy stuff (sometimes if I'm on the piss all day I'll take tins of mackerel or bananas with me)

Stick to complex carbs and try to avoid foods that are high on the GI/II index (potatoes). Avoid carbs late at night as they are more likely to be stored as fat.

Exercise helps
