This is a very narrow view. The league is much more competitive this season, which is indicated by how close the table is, and we were hardly playing shite football in the last two months. Plus we have progressed deep into the UEFA cup, and have played many more games this year.

what have you been watching mate, we have been playing shite football since January apart from the odd game. we were playing better football at the start of the season. And the UEFA cup campaign means nothing now, we scraped past a few minoes and got beaten by the 1st decent team we came up against. Fact, we are worse than we were last season and lesser managers with lesser teams have done better than us!

We are statistically much better in 2009 than 2008. We pick up 0.5 points a game more. That's what, 10 points better off over 19 games.

If you don't recall we were third bottom at one point in December. So to suggest we were better earlier in the season is horse shit.

The argument was we were better in the first 19 games than the second 19 games. The table shows that is horse shit. Nothing more, nothing less.
