I've got one for the missus but she gets no reception on it at her house, anyone know if you can simply put a simcard from one of the other networks in it even though it's branded 'Three'.

Thanks

There should be instructions online of how to unlock them.

You want to invest n the new high speed mifi's. They are the dogs bollocks. It's like using home broadband.

Excuse my ignorance but what are mifi's? And how much does it cost?

So the Vodafone sim card I've just bought won't work in the dongle then?

If the dongle is locked probably not.

Thats what she's got, with a 'three' sim card in it. Does yours use a sim card too Pickford?

The problem is that she gets no signal with three at her place.

Yeah m8 it has a 3 sim in it and the coverage is fine where I live Middleton,
You can go to the 3 website and check coverage for her post code just to see how good the coverage is. She should be getting a signal even if only a small one. I'd phone cust service because they shouldnt have sold it to you if there is no coverage in your area did they check this when you purchased it?
