With bikes especially, the old saying is true - you get what you pay for. If you can afford to go for the one with better components, it will benefit you in the long run. If you have any more questions, feel free to PM me. I've been buying and riding bikes for 25+ years.
From what I can tell of these two bikes, there isn't really too much difference and as I always say, a new bike is never a wrong choice. Good luck!
