I don't think I've ever seen sea cucumber offered in any restaurant on earth — not even in Japan, where they do eat some strange things, some of them exquisite, some downright repulsive — and certainly not on sale in a shop.

Taiwan, reckoned to be the only country totally self-sufficient for food supply. Probably because they eat stuff like this.

Sprouts are the bollocks if you do them right. I love them and the whole farting thing doesn’t happen with me, so a bonus. A bit of butter, overcooked pancetta and some chestnuts. Perfect.
