Are City a better team without Yaya ?

Yaya is one of our most important players and world class on his game. He may not be firing on all cylinders this season but gets important goals for City. In saying that with Yaya away to ACON it will do Garcia and or Milner the world of good to get a run in the team. Jimmy Milner looks like he is relishing it.
 
I thought the pressing in the first half was the most intense we have produced since Mancini became manager. It was very impressive. I am not sure if that was, in part, due to Yaya's absence but his defending is not the most disciplined.
 
Yaya is without doubt one of our best players,however in certain games playing 3 workmen like midfielders does benefit the team.I think playing nasri and silva with 2 strikers against a strong team is a dangerous plan, especially if Yaya has one of his off days.As a team we do need to cope without him for times in a season.But my answer would be not a better team just a different team.
 
We need to sign a midfielder who is either like James OR Yaya. Simply put, we need another workhorse.
