Ideally I think they would like to watch the game and be able to have a pint and a piss at half time without missing any if either half. It would also be nice to be confident that if you have a pint or three before the game, you could get in to the ground and to your seat via the toilets quickly enough to avoid soiling yourself.

The token thing seems decent to me, I'm ss3 had a pint before the match and bought one for half time, give a coloured token to match the pint I bought and exchanged it beside the bar for a pint at half time. I left when the whistle went got my pint went to the toilet and back for the teams coming out

every survey ive done for city i mention the shambles of ss3 and trying to get served. i emailed the club directly aswell and they sent some vouchers out for food and asked for my feedback. ok...the food was great but trying to get served is a disgrace. if i want a pint at half time i have to leave at 30 mins to get down from the top to the bar and even then there is a queue 10-12 deep.leave it any later and and you missing the start of 2nd half without doubt.
and dont get me started on trying to get out after the final whistle..........

SS3 ran out of fosters before the game and dark fruit cider and Strongbow by half time although they had managed to get Fosters back on. They had introduced some strange token system but clearly not briefed the staff properly so that didn't work either.

Queues were 25 mins to get a beer at half time queuing from 40 of the game mins onwards.

The service is dreadful. I wonder if it is this bad at every ground though.

I thought you'd cut out the drinking ;-)

I've also sent city a e mail about the service at half time , no beer mats with my pint, I have also asked for a card table to be placed at the back and for the 2nd half to kick off half an hour later!
