Are City really ruining football?

If you were to consider that our dominance is ‘ruining football’ then it wouldn’t be City, it would be Pep.
We were actually spending more money and facing worse managers before Pep & we were just about edging it.
Mancini & Pellegrini are very good managers in their own right, and we were never close to this level of dominance.

Pep is the reason we take the piss, granted he’s helped with a fantastic infrastructure behind him. But I don’t think there’s any chance Tuchel or Klopp would piss the league with this group..

What he does is so different, Joleon has just touched on it, we don’t rely on 1/2/3 players. It’s all about the system.

We're ruining what THEY think THEIR version of football should be.

Sky 4 competing for top honours, eventually boiling down to a shootout between Arse/Scum/Dippers, alsorans allowed to do the odd upset (especially if it benefits the Sky 4). Teams like "Citeh", Everton, Spurs missing out on European football, Big Sam managing someone irrelevant, Chelsea "shaking things up", Scum win title, Dippers/Arse win FA Cup, repeat every year. Bankable.

Our dominance is killing them, utterly killing them and it is delicious to see. This wasn't how things were supposed to go; City were supposed to be a laughing stock with billions wasted. All that money and still no title. Now we're looking at a potential 4th in 5 years. But where's our Champions League trophy? That is all they have left, but when that goes they'll be left with nothing except a numbers game of "How many".

I'm sick of Arsenal, West Ham, Spurs and United. They have so much money and resources that they have got the fourth to seventh PL places sewn up between them, and we're only half way through the season. That's effectively all the European qualifying places for next season already taken. It's just not fair on the likes of Brighton, Wolves, Palace, Everton etc., who are managing to survive on shoestring budgets. It's just not a level playing field, and something should definitely be done to stop those teams.

Simple answer?

No, we aren't ruining the PL. Pep is doing what he does in every league and that's raising the level/standard of that league.

By the way...
2011-2020: 5 diff teams won the league (City, Chelsea, United, Liverpool and Leicester)
2001-2010: 3 diff teams won the league (United [5x], Chelsea and Arsenal)
1991-2000: 4 teams won the league (United [7x], Arsenal, Blackburn and Leeds)

Was the league not destroyed from 1990-2010 when United was dominating the league?

We are brilliant. We don't have to apologize to anyone for being brilliant. The rest of the fans especially fans of "big teams" should ask their owners why they aren't as good, why their singings aren't as good, why they aren't investing back in the team as well as us, so on and so forth.

Wild idea I know, but if we win the league again without a striker, do you think Pep's greatest legacy piss-take might be setting us up towards producing a team system that wins it without a manager?
