Not sure about Spurs, but their manager is certainly overrated.
Harry Redknapp has never, ever, been anything other than cheque-book manager with only a rudimentary grasp of modern top-level tactics. Sucess for him has always involved spending, usually to the point of a club being in dire financial straits by the time he leaves.
He's a good team-builder and and great at dealing in the transfer market, but that's about it.
I'd love to see him get the England job where, without the luxury of spending tons of someone else's cash he'd be shown up for what he is; tactically naive.
