Ade doesnt look interested, Tevez isnt really firing on all cylinders at the moment. We cant expect him to get the same return as last season without Bellamy in the side.
From the get go Silva and Mario need to be replacing Bellamys 13 goals and similar number of assists, its going to be difficult especially with Mario injured currently. Silva looks miles off making a contribution at the moment.
Ade + Bellamy + Tevez what 54 goals and god knows how many assists last season thats a big ask when Ade and Tevez look out of sorts (Or disinterested in ades case) + Silva and Mario who are new to the league.
We need a proven top quality forward who is guranteed to get 25 - 30 goals every season IMO - we dont have one currently. Cant see it happening now though. Jo, Caicedo and RSC as backup and options is not going to be good enough if we want to finish top 4.
We brought on Ade and Jo and it basically cost us a point in that game we were relatively comfortable until that. My take anyway.
You chat shit. Name one team in the whole world that has better strikers than we have.
we have good strikers but they're all of a similiar style. Jo and Adebayor might be tall, but they're wafty "second strikers" rather than target men. Tevez drops too deep and is too small. Apart from possibly Balotelli we don't have a truly box dominating, terrifyingly powerful frontman like Drogba
