Are You Doing Anything To Protest About The Latest Season Ticket Price Increase?

No , but i am fortunate to be able afford prices feel for those who cant and have to prioritse what they spend thier hard earned on

Looking at comparative prices at the Pit of Misery, it's now noticeable that, excluding the Value Gold and cheaper tickets at the back of SS3, the range of prices is very, very similar. Our lowest Adult Gold price outside the very cheap seats is £530 and theirs in £532. Our highest price (excluding the 93:20 ones) is £940 compared to their £950. (The top price standard season ticket at Anfield is even cheaper, at £869 but their bottom price is £685 so it's a narrower range.)

It does make me think that City have increased prices solely to make them in line with the rags, because there's no or little financial benefit in it.

I think an extra 20 quid a season is phenomenal value for the football have watched this season, obviously form will always be temporary, and in an ideal world everything will be relatively affordable and "cheap", but I was actually pleasantly surprised with the pricing of the season tickets, I was expecting a huge price hike after the success of this season!

As long as they come down again when we revert back to being average in the future!

This guy is a weapon, I imagine quite a well off weapon too.

Tad unfair.

Just a funny way of making a valid point.

Perennial moaners. 3% - just smashed or are about to smash almost every league record, young squad of immensely talented players, domestic double, best manager in the world and people are crying over a 3% rise, beggars belief.

Cast your mind back to the Burnley FA Cup game.

53,000?

Cheaper tickets.

Loads of new City fans, Dad's, Mum's, Kids, Famalies all around me in block 115.

We do have the support to fill the Etihad, but not at the current PL prices.

Hell, we could build a 20,000+ seater KOP style NS and fill it, if tickets were priced sensibly, and were more affordable.

What the club would lose in a one off sensibly priced season ticket or matchday ticket, it would make it back over 19 games in merchandise, beer, drink and food sales.

And the buzz of new fans, Kids, Teenagers, Families would be great.

There's more ways of driving revenue than continually increasing season ticket and matchday ticket prices.

Yes, a decade of moaning.

But the penny, sorry the pound, hasn't dropped yet in the Millionaire Boardroom.

Beggers belief.

My protest is renewing for the bargain price of £310.

Club don’t look at how it effects fans they look at what other clubs are charging for a far worse product and think we are cheap as chips.

I'm unsure of your point here? A decade of moaning so carry on?

The club is in the best state it's ever been in. Ever. In it's entire history. It's also enjoying the most success it ever has. It's hardly like the fans are being taken for a ride and ripped off, that's my point. People will find something to complain about regardless, but, in reality we're in a great position and pricing is line with and cheaper than our rivals.
