Cant they start giving bans and fines for such obvious diving and play acting?

Problem is Fifa coming out and calling PR7 a genius for his dive the other night. Personally i would love to take a player going down after a slight touch and drop them into a Rugby match where real contact takes place :)

When the bodies applaud cheating like Fifa have just done and the same players getting decisions week after week ie Fernandes despite everyone inc refs knowing they are cheats, nothing will improve and now with the amount of soft penalties being given by Var, it encourages players to cheat.
