It’s just me but my midfield would have Enzo and Parades as he has legs but also knows how to keep the ball.

Martinez is someone that likes to drop deep. Plus, he doesn’t exactly do the pressing like Julian. If you want Messi to walk, you need to make sure he has legs around him, keep him further up and have players that can actually keep and carry the ball from midfield.

Benfica picked him up for €8.5m this year from River Plate when City were interested. They have been quoting €100m if you want him now. Like him a lot as a player, midfield quality.
