Armed Forces

Hello,

I know there is several current and ex-forces on here, so cheers in advance for reading and any advice you can offer.

I've been pondering for a while now what to do post uni (finishing in around 4 months), and i've started thinking I could join the the armed forces.

I'm a pretty fit lad (sunday league, gym etc), and quite outgoing (although don't fancy heights much).

Does anybody have any suggestions on which force would I should look at (Navy, Army, RAF)?

Anybody else do a degree then join the forces?

Just any other real info would be great.

Haha yeah I'd thought that as standard, although a few people I've spoken to say there is a lot of ground work in the RAF- support etc

I'm sure there is. What sort of thing are you looking to do? What was your degree?

I always wanted to join the army, but I went through the education route instead. Then once I graduated uni, I joined up, im currently in phase 2 training and don't regret joining at all, good lifestyle, good mates etc. Just wish I had joined earlier instead of going to uni!

Done a psychology degree at MMU.

I don't really know much about the Armed Forces. Just trying to get an idea of what it is you've got your mind on.
