Thoughts:

Kovacic looks real good. Stones is amazing. Rodri too. Arsenal are small time cunts. The mics on ITV we're basically in the middle of the arsenal end. Matrercunt and Dixon are still cunts.
 
Just a reminder to play to the end no matter how much time the ref dreams up. On to matches that count for something.
 
A very good work out for the lads.

As has been said - often - the result doesn’t matter, though, of course, it would have been nice to win it.

I thought it was a pretty even game, and we were very unfortunate not to take it in normal time. Without the head injuries we probably would have.

Some very good performances today, especially Ortega, Rodri, Silva and Stones. Foden and Palmer also did very well, when they came on..

That's just it. This should have been a match between 2 city sides. Why the fuck are arsenal in it? They won the total sum of fuck all last season.

Expected this result anyway considering where we were in preparation in comparison coming in to this match.

Still hate arsenal though.

Agree, poor game management at 1-0. Just sat back and defended and paid the price.
