Taking a draw !!! Man up people
LmfaoI’m having a pop at you, just having a pop at the ‘braying like a donkey about how good we are’ attitude that’s been slowly seeping into this forum as our success has notched up.
The City support has earned a reputation of being humble and good humoured and that’s being eroded by some of those who’ve latched on in the last decade.
If we’re as good as we think we are then everyone can see that and having a bit of respect and humility is the dignified way to present ourselves.
Arrogance is never a good look, it’s why supporters across the land hate the arrogant dippers and it shouldn’t be condoned or encouraged amongst our own.
Read your posts again and I think you’ll agree that they‘d sit very well in a rawk forum.
But this season we have dropped as many points at home as away.It does.
That said, they all have to play us, remember.
And we’re at home for all of them after tomorrow
RagAww we’re finally fucking brilliant after years of being shite and now we aren’t allowed to acknowledge it because it’s raggy? Jeez, where’s the fun in that?
Thats a strawman argument misrepresenting the comments I made. I wasn’t referring to the cost of our team but to their age. Arsenal‘s first team is the youngest in the league hence my referring to them as youngsters. My point is that City are the benchmark against which all teams can measure themselves. Our youngsters have done well but naturally are still developing and are inexperienced. Our performance tomorrow will demonstrate how far they’ve come when up against the best. That team of ‘youngsters’ you keep mentioning to deflect expectation still cost a fair amount to put together. Not comparable to us but the starting line up against Norwich comes in at around £300 million according to transfermarket. Yes, we are favourites but I ain’t buying poor pauper Arsenal.
Yeah but he’ll be on the bench ;-)Thats a strawman argument misrepresenting the comments I made. I wasn’t referring to the cost of our team but to their age. Of course if it’s cost you’re interested in, then your team cost significantly more than ours, especially when you consider Grealish alone cost £100m.
And that carefully constructed line of reasoned argument is as rawk as it gets my friend.Lmfao
