Have pride of course , enjoy the ride of course , love being a blue but his posts before that one and elsewhere are more like rags and dippersI don't often agree with that poster but they aren't far wrong on this subject.
If others don't want to embrace our brilliance because of some strange reason then fair enough but those of us who think we have every reason to believe we are the best about shouldn't be made to feel dirty for doing so.
Which is why I said I don't always agree with them :-)Have pride of course , enjoy the ride of course , love being a blue but his posts before that one and elsewhere are more like rags and dippers
Claude will be gutted after just recording that videoArsenal fans won't like that lol, they're whole identity is based on the invincibles being the best team ever
Mikel Arteta on #ManCity: "My feeling is that they are best team that have existed in the history of the #PL, and they have proven that consistently throughout the years..." [via @Arsenal]
if you don't believe me listen to a rival who has allegiance to another one of the best teams of the era. Have a bit of pride and arrogance, we might never have it better than we have it now.
Thats a strawman argument misrepresenting the comments I made. I wasn’t referring to the cost of our team but to their age. Arsenal‘s first team is the youngest in the league hence my referring to them as youngsters. My point is that City are the benchmark against which all teams can measure themselves. Our youngsters have done well but naturally are still developing and are inexperienced. Our performance tomorrow will demonstrate how far they’ve come when up against the best.
Of course if it’s cost you’re interested in, then your team cost significantly more than ours, especially when you consider Grealish alone cost £100m.
Yeah I'd take a draw too. A lot of factors going against us in this one, there's travel back there, the early kick off plus they are one of the form teams at the moment.I'd settle for a draw tomorrow. Arsenal have got their arses into gear this past couple of months. They're not the same club we tanked early in the season. A win would be brilliant, mind.
I doubt that - I think Mikel’s comments are very much in the context of the game tomorrow - you can make a case for either team being the best but who cares?Arsenal fans won't like that lol, they're whole identity is based on the invincibles being the best team ever
Well, for me I’d say Saka, ESR, Odegaard, Martinelli, Tomiyasu, Ramsdale and Gabriel are all youngstersYour team against Norwich had 2 players under 23. I think I counted 3 or 4 posts of yours mentioning youngsters. For me youngsters is 21 and under, you obviously have a different definition.
I certainly hope you're right. We'll see. They got their arses handed to them at Anfield and done a bottling job at Goodison and the Swamp. Not as much as a set of bollocks in that Arsenal squad.
